National anthem could make foreigners at Infy uneasy: NRN

“We had arranged for five people to sing the anthem. But then we cancelled it as we have foreigners onboard here. They should not be embarrassed while we sing the anthem,” said Infosys chief mentor Narayana Murthy.
As per the protocol, the national anthem was played twice at Infosys campus here as President A P J Abdul Kalam stepped in and out — the only difference being, it sounded like a bad arrangement of musical notes. In other words, the anthem, which should command the utmost respect from all true-blue Indians, did not get its due, from whoever was responsible — the speakers at the do or the person who ‘orchestrated’ it.
Which made many wonder: Among the 5,000 employees, most of them Indians, wasn’t there a decent group of singers who could sing the anthem of the country without discomfiting its first citizen?
When the media posed this question to Infosys Chief Mentor N R Narayana Murthy after the event, he said: “Indeed, we had arranged for five people to sing the anthem. But then we cancelled it as we have foreigners onboard here. They should not be embarrassed while we sing the anthem.”
from ‘creating wealth and building super campuses’? “We will correct it next time,” was all Mr Murthy had to say, clearly riled by the mention.
Meanwhile, just as the “band” national anthem (played on keyboard) was played towards the end of the programme, President Kalam sang along with child-like enthusiasm while others barely moved their lips.
Somebody was heard, asking: “Was it too much to pay due attention to the revered symbols of the nation just so that a small percentage of foreign trainees don’t get fidgety”.
this shows how bad he is..he just wants to make money..for his company to grow and employ foreigners(basically from foreign universities who study at prestigious universities) can he say that to national anthem..

People are saying he has brought all the dirty maintenance work to India and in Infy people only do that.. So you guys tell me, what kind of work companies like Wipro, TCS, Satyam, IBM (India) or many other MNC in India are giving to Indian people? There are very very few companies like, oracle, saplabs or some telecom companies, who has some real development work, but that is in their domain only… And secondly these companies were nowhere in India, when Infy was born..
Majority of revenue to India is coming from service companies like Infy, TCS, wipro only.. Most of the college graduate (even IITians) start their career from these companies only.. It would be very difficult for them to straight away enter into big MNC for various for various reasons may be poor educational background, medium standard college, or others.. But once they learn something, they develop themselves, they get to work with these MNCs also.. (This is one point I found good from Mr. “GKGMW” argument)..
Secondly How many of you know, Infy has their own product wing and product as well “Finacle” and all your ICICI ATMs, as well as many Banks in middle east are using this products..
How many CEO in this world has a millionaire car driver (Mr NRN has) or Billionaire employees? Infy has many.
If you cant appreciate Infy, at least acknowledge its contribution towards raising India’s economy, and helping many middle class people to improve their life style..
I don’t remember any single instance where Infosys came into light for any immoral deeds.. Tax evasion or any other misconducts.. People who are criticizing Mr NRN probably do not have any idea about his humbleness and his down to earth nature..
I have seen the kind of respect you get even if you are an ex-infocion..
When we talk about an organization, definitely the credit goes to its mentor as well..
Using Foul language you can just satisfy yourself and take out your anger, but before making a statement and building your view about a great man first study him properly and his history..
